AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!!

Place was recommended but I should have stuck to my regular mechanic. Whoever worked on my MB SUV was/is totally incompetent about these cars. They charged me for a part that didn't need to be changed. I brought vehicle back couple times after their alleged repair as the same message kept appearing and I was told by tommy that he wasted enough time on it and the problem was fixed according to him(wasn't). I went to another mechanic in guelph who was able to properly repair it without excuses.

EXTREMELY UPSETTING

I arranged to travel 4 hours to view and purchase a vehicle from this place only to have them not show up to at the location nor answer their cell phone so I could let them know I was there waiting. They were very rude to me on the phone when I was setting up the arrangements. They have no intentions of negotiating the price on their vehicles and they are very biased. I called them the next following business day to discuss what happened and arrange another time to see the vehicle and not only were they even more rude to me, they also SOLD THE CAR to someone else. These people do not work for their business and they clearly think they are above everyone else.
