I live in NYC and contacted Monika about sending flowers to my Mom in Waterloo. Monika responded immediately and we shared a few emails making sure all my expectations were met! Simple to order on line and the flowers were amazing! Monika provided everything she promised and then some! My Mom loves her flowers, vase and happy birthday balloon! Delivery was on time and prices are great for the amazing service and products! After one week the bouquet is still beautiful! Highly recommend!

I would highly recommend this store as it has friendly, knowledgable staff, and it supports local artists as well as international fair trade companies. Kultrun Market sells all kinds of unique products (wonderfully scented soaps, delicious chocolates, comfy beautiful clothing, unique and high end jewelry, art, purses, spices, baskets, YOU NAME IT) and it's all fair trade or direct trade. Really excited to see what else comes to the store in the near future! Most unique, meaningful finds in KW!

A great personalized service to have a unique flower arrangement. We have purchased a few times fresh cut arrangements and the flowers live longer than I have experienced from some other stores.
There are some nice decorations to look around for in the store. I certainly recommend this local florist if you looking for a unique, personal service.

I go here for my loose leaf tea, the lady there is super knowledgeable about tea and the tea is very high quality. Its the only stuff that I drink since I discovered it.

For special occasions, my family always goes to Candies of Merritt. It's a family-run business that sells the best chocolate in Guelph. I'm especially fond of their maple chocolates. They also make superb fudge and create special flavours for holidays.

The basket from Creative Edge was the nicest basket that I have ever received. I personally ate everything in the basket except for two things that I shared with my friends. Incredibly disappointing customer service and product. I spent a lot of money on an arrangement for my mother in laws 70th birthday. What was delivered was not what I ordered. When I complained I was actually accused of being a bully. I've never experienced anything like that. Clearly customer service and satisfaction are not important to this business owner. Would not recommend at all.
