They not only had the ring I wanted, but they also resized it right there for me. They even polished my wife's bangles for free. He was very kind to me and answered all my questions. Brett was also very helpful and was prompt to send me an item (no charge) which i thought was missing (i found it and called him back). but they were both extremely helpful and kind, and responded within 24 hours to all of my emails.
