Lash And Browbar

This was a horrendously poor treatment or waxing job. the lady was asking me where I’m from, and as soon she found out my ethnicity - Pakistani; and her being from India, she immediately harshly started ripping the wax strips from my leg. I was patient but then a few times she wouldn’t stop and then when I asked her to stop showing her what she’s done to mt leg being clotted with blood, she said I’m not angry at you. You’re just my client it’s my job. But she showed me un professionalism.

100$ for lash lift and tint. The ends of my lashes are now wavy and the roots are not tinted. I got home and some of the ends of my lashes that were wavy...just broke off!!! Not to mention that the products were not wiped off properly. I am very disappointed because the two ladies seemed very nice, but I will not go back and spend money there. I called to speak with a manager because the lady at the reception said they don’t give money back. I am still waiting for a call.

They’re very careful with applying the lashes and they always look fantastic! They gave me tips to make them last longer and it good price.

Went in to get my eyebrows threaded, the girl just started threading without combing my eye brows first or cleaning it with a cotton swab. The end results were horrifying. Hair taken out where it wasnt supposed to be my eyebrows looked horrible.

Disgusted!! I returned to get my full face and neck threaded after it was only 45$ the first time. The second time they wanted to charge me 80$!! The “manager” said because I have more hair then the norm she’s charging me extra! Nearly double is their extra cost? Total and complete rip off. I left in tears and shaking knowing how much money I had just given over. Be wary and ask to insure your price before hand!!

Had my brows done, it was literally 1 minute of their time and $10 out of my pocket. They only brushed it up and didn't even shape it. Easy money for them. Not coming back.
